KWESTMAN over 11 years ago. Is it possible to export my course to google maps? I´ve done a course through garmin connect, and I want to view it in google maps. From the way a see it, it shouldn´t be a problem because you use google maps on the site. But I can´t find any tools the can do it. Grateful for help!:) A dedicated community for
The directions seemed easy enough to follow - you bookmark a tiny script in your browser "favorites" or "bookmarks" (I use FireFox) and then when you've generated your directions in Google you click on it and it pops up a long text file. You save that as a GPX file and voila! You're all set. Hope this helps! :)
Connect your device to your computer. Start CoPilot Central, navigate to Explore My CoPilot, and select Saved Trips. For each trip, click the Import KML and navigate to the map location. After it imports, you should see a new file in the list. On your device, load CoPilot, select Menu, and select Plan or Edit Trip.
